New Floor Plans for 2025
New floor plans currently underway at Yankee Barn Homes will appeal to a wide range of living styles. From single floor living to expansive homes, and family vacation compounds, Yankee Barn is building exciting designs in 2025.

BOWEN HILL: This design was inspired by out Hartford Carriage House plan. Bowen takes the Harford in a different direction by adding a covered side patio/boat storage space and a second level deck off the main living area.
CLARENDON HILL: The single level living design has an added guest room on the second level. The enclosed connector to a two-car garage also functions as the main entrance of the home.
BALSAM GROVE: Inspired by the Yankee Barn Homes design Downing, Balsam takes the design further with an added deck off the primary bedroom and a screen porch off the main living area.
Mid and Large New Floor Plans
BUFFALO RIDGE: Based on the YBH Moose Ridge Lodge, Buffalo Ridge takes the design and floor plan in a Rockies mountain home direction. The Western influence of trapezoid-shape stone support columns and the cross-hatch roof braces add to the mountain style lodge.
VAIL-EAST: Taking a cue from Mid-Century Modern design, Vail-East is a large contemporary style home that uses over-size windows to blur the line between indoors and out. This design offers a connector to a two-car garage.
INVERDRUIE: This is a large home at 4,469 square feet. The home is in a contemporary shingle style meant to reflect the relaxed style of 19th Century coastal homes while offering everything in 21st Century home design.
A Vacation Compound in the Adirondack Camp Style
These three homes form a family compound in the mountainous lakes region of the Northeastern U.S. They are designed by Peter Zimmerman Architects and crafted by Yankee Barn Homes.
CEDAR BRIDGE: The primary residence in the compound, Cedar Bridge is a 3,817 square foot work of Adirondack Camp art. A substantial post and beam is the centerpiece of the home that includes a screen porch with an outdoor fireplace.
GREAT CAMP: This stunner has 1,884 square feet of space with potential for a second bedroom/bath in the large loft area.
HONEYMOON COTTAGE: Smaller guest quarters at 994 square feet, the cottage is a great space for families to overnight.
