What Do You Actually Want to Build?
Before meeting with our design team, getting clear on your priorities makes every conversation more productive — and every decision easier.

If you don’t already own the land, evaluate build feasibility before you buy. This often-overlooked step has serious implications for what is and isn’t possible.
- Evaluate zoning, access, and utilities
- Understand slope, soil, and build constraints
- Confirm HOA and/or local restrictions
- Complete survey and soil testing as needed

Selecting a builder too late leads to friction, redesign, delays, and unexpected costs. Use builder input early to refine budget, adjust scope, and avoid redesign later.
