Location New York State is the assignment. The mission: to exhibit some of the many homes Yankee Barn has built in the state.

With an understanding of the process and panelized system, it’s easy to see how Yankee Barns can be built nationally and internationally. New York state has YBH builds that number in the hundreds. The homes are located throughout the state, from the mid-western region to the Adirondack Mountains, from the Catskills to the Hudson River Valley, and down to Long Island including The Hamptons.
Architectural Styles Reflect the Regions
Yankee Barn Homes has an in-house design team that works with each client to design a custom home, from exterior appearance to the home’s layout. Single level, muti-level, garage underneath, attached or stand alone, the design team can create it. The team designs in all architectural styles, from traditional to farmhouse, Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. Therefore, YBH is able to create a custom home unique to your tase and style while suitable to your region. Case in point are these New York state Yankee Barn homes.
Mid-Western New York – Cooperstown Farmhouse and Fern Lake.
Adirondacks/Catskills/Hudson River Valley – Annandale* is in the Hudson River Valley. Catskill Lodge* is in the Catskill Mountains. The Adirondack Mountains compound* consisting of three dwellings, Cedar Bridge, Grand Camp and the Honeymoon Cottage. All of these homes are second homes.
Long Island/The Hamptons – Bay View, Beach Plum Cottage, Buell Barn*, Cedar Point, Cove Hollow, East Hampton, Fieldview, Hedge Haven Amagansett*, Lamberts Cove, Laurel Hollow, Maidstone, Menemsha, Montauk, Northwest Harbor*, Oyster Shores, Sands Point, Southold, Summer Wind*, Tate Barn, and Tisbury (to name but a few). To the best of our knowledge, all of these homes are second homes.
