The 4th of July is just around the corner. It’s been well documented that Yankee Barn Homes’ employees love a good cookout. If you’ve seen our social media feed, you know we are big fans of the trashcan turkey – but that’s a blog post for Thanksgiving.
Recently I sent out an email requesting the YBH team submit their favorite cookout recipes. I thought I’d get a few responses but was thrilled when the recipes came pouring in. We have the makings of a fantastic 4th of July cookout and are happy to share!

DURGIN PARK BAKED BEANS RECIPE: From one of the oldest cities in the U.S. (Boston) and one of it’s most famous restaurants, Durgin Park, comes a wonderful no fuss, no muss recipe for their famous baked beans. NO BAKE KEY LIME PIE: This recipe came with an admission the recipe was not their own. Found it on Pinterest some time ago, it has become a GO TO summer dessert recipe. It’s easy, fast, and there’s no baking involved. This recipe sounds like perfection! SEE RECIPE
