The Beachcomber is a 2,329 square foot Multi-Generation home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half-baths and 2 flex rooms. Flex rooms may be used as guest rooms, office space, family room, or study. This design allows two adult family members to live in the same home while maintaining their own personal space. The house has a shared full kitchen.

Beachcomber is sited on oceanfront property. It features a large shared deck/patio on the waterside of the home serving as another shared outdoor living space. We love this layout and can’t wait to see this design take shape!
