GRANTHAM LAKEHOUSE This home’s design is a nod to the New England barns dotting the Yankee Barn Homes’ community. At 2,408 square feet, the home is an energy saver due to its rectangle shape footprint.

LOON CROSSING AT PLEASANT LAKE Designed as a second home, this lakeside partial post and beam home makes use of its well-planned 2,355-sqaure feet to accommodate family and friends.

SPRINGFIELD MODEL HOME This modern farmhouse style barn home is a 2237 square foot collaboration between Yankee Barn Homes and Cottages and Bungalows and American Farmhouse Style magazines. It will be open for clients and potential clients to tour by mid-summer 2019.

PROCTOR FARMHOUSE Right down to the farmer’s porch, this 2,341 square foot farmhouse is the epitome of mid-size barn house plans. Traditional on the outside with post and beam open flow space on the inside, the Proctor is a popular plan.

SUNAPEE COTTAGE Built as a lakeside vacation home, this cottage is a full post and beam frame without first floor lofted space. The home’s design is to use every inch of its 2,481 square feet within a classic summer camp aesthetic. The fieldstone fireplace and gorgeous wrap-around porch are pitch perfect elements.
