Waterview Haven
Waterview Haven began its build journey 13 months ago. Today the house is fast-approaching move-in ready. The last we caught up with the owners, Waterview was undergoing interior finish work. We’ll show you a few of those photographs today of that stage.
Built on the coast of New England, this house is intended for retirement living with room enough for family and friends to visit. At 3,208 square feet with 3-plus bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the home invokes the shingle cottages that dot the New England coast.

Oak Bluff
Last we saw Oak Bluff, it had just come off the production floor and was on it’s way to its build site. Fast forward a month and here it is as it appeared 2 weeks ago. The YBH shell is now up and enclosed. Interior work has begun in earnest.
Oak Bluff is 2,591 square feet with three bedrooms and two and one-half baths. Like Waterview Haven, Oak Bluff uses the shingle style exterior in keeping with New England seaside homes. The color choice of gray shingles with white trim is classic.
It won’t be much longer before this family is moving in to enjoy their new coastal New England home. We hope to get professional photography of Oak Bluff upon completion.

Blue Ridge Farmhouse
As you might imagine, Blue Ridge Farmhouse takes its name from the Blue Ridge Mountains it overlooks. The home takes a simple rectangle foot print and makes it anything but simple. The home is a post and beam beauty with vaulted ceilings, lofts and more.
Blue Ridge Farmhouse is 2,941 square feet with three bedrooms and three and one-half baths. While the home’s first level does not use vaulted ceilings, the second level has a ceiling height of over 16′-8″ at the ridge beam, providing gorgeous views of the post and beam frame.
Blue Ridge is newly underway on its build site. We look forward to more photos as the build progresses. Stay tuned….
