A Yankee Barn Out West
Golden Valley Lodge is officially in development. Based on our Moose Ridge Lodge floor plan, Golden Valley turns an East Coast mountain lodge into a decidedly western style design.
At 1,695 square feet, Golden Valley is essentially the same footage as Moose Ridge Lodge (1,657 sq ft), however, changes have been made to the floor plan. Notably, the 1st level design has been flipped. Also, mud room and closet space has been gained by reconfiguring the half-bath layout and the kitchen has added a built-in pantry. The living/dining area keeps the prow wall for added space and extensive views.
The second level is where there has another large adjustment to the plan. Moose Ridge has two bedrooms on this level, but Golden Valley reimagines the space as a large primary bedroom with a walk in closet and a full bath. The loft area from the Moose Ridge plan remains the same.
Golden Valley Lodge is due for completion within the next 12 months. We are excited about this build as it will reflect a Western lifestyle and décor, distinctly different from our east coast builds. We will keep you posted with updates as they become available to us.
