W&M Farm is a modern farmhouse design based on the barn home style. Building on a rectangle footprint, the house uses window and door combinations to create visual appeal while flooding the house with natural light. An exterior color palette of white and black is the essence of the modern farmhouse style.
The post and beam frame affords a communal living space on the first level that is completely open. Rooms are created through the use or furniture. The master suite competes the first floor layout.
The second level houses a second master suite, two bedrooms and a large loft space.
