The full post and beam home plan, Loon Crossing at Pleasant Lake, has been completed. We received final construction photos recently and the home looks amazing. The house is located on a lake and is already booked out for the summer. We don’t want to disrupt the short summer season with a day long photo shoot. The shoot will probably not take place until we can find downtime for this busy home. Until that time, these photos were too good not to share. Consider them a teaser of what this full post and beam home offers.
Full Post and Beam Loon Crossing at Pleasant Lake
The full post and beam cottage, 2,355 square feet, 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths, sits lakeside. It is a place for family and friends to gather. Built in a New England lake and ski community, Loon Crossing will see year-round activity. The floor plan exhibits everything one could want in a lakeside home, including an outdoor shower after a swim. The master bedroom and bath are on the first floor while all other bedrooms are on the second and lower level. The open concept communal space is loaded with windows to bring in natural light and allow for spectacular lake views.
The floor plan is well thought out. Although the house has a second story, the owners can choose to live primarily on the first floor. The second and lower levels are used for overnight family and friends. The house employs large, open common areas with loads of natural light flooding the space. Private bedrooms are available when quiet time is needed. Specifically, nap time after a fun day spent on the water.
