Loon Crossing at Pleasant Lake has proceeded off the drawing board and into a post and beam reality. the house is now up and completely enclosed. Wow!
That Was Fast
The last time we saw Loon Crossing at Pleasant Lake, it had just completed the development stages in our engineering department and was headed to production. Floor plans has been completed and renderings were done, but that was it. Not one post or bean had been cut or one panel built. that was August of 2017. Five months later, here we are at the stage of complete enclosure. That’s right, the home is up and completely enclosed! These photos were taken on February 23rd, 2018.
Post and Beam Cottage for Family and F.U.N.
At 2,355 square feet, the 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath post and beam home sits lakeside. It will be a place for family and friends to gather. Built in a New England lake and ski community, this house will see year-round activity. The floor plan exhibits everything for a lakeside home, including an outdoor shower for hopping in after a swim. The master bedroom and bath are on the first floor while all other bedrooms reside on the second and lower level. The open concept communal space is loaded with windows to bring in natural light and allow for spectacular lake views.
Looking Forward
This post and beam cottage is moving ahead quickly. We’re thinking there may be some fun to be had at Loon Crossing in the very near future. Check back in a few months as we’re bound to have another progress update as spring turns to summer.
