With Yankee Barn’s kit-build system, the foreman and laborers arrive on the site the same day as your house and have it up and enclosed in a very short amount of time. The skill set required to build a house is specific. We have aggregated a substantial portion of the skilled work in our factory before your home arrives on your site. Consequently, once it’s on site, the Yankee Barn foreman can get the house up and enclosed in as little as two weeks.

Building your home components in our climate controlled factory means it arrives on your build site in pre-constructed sections with a pre-cut frame, ready to go up in large sections. Think of it as a giant puzzle. Because there is not the measuring and cutting you find in a stick build, your on-site waste is far less.
