At Yankee Barn Homes, we define a small post and beam home as anything under 2000 square feet. Sugar Hill is a three bedroom, two and one-half bath floor plan, wrapped up in 1837 square feet of timber frame beauty. This is one cute house!

Small post and beam Sugar Hill is a combination of two existing Yankee Barn Homes floor plans, Boulder Meadows and Moose Ridge Lodge. We took the level one floor plan from Boulder Meadows and topped it with the level two floor plan of Moose Ridge Lodge; Sugar Hill was born. From the exterior front, Sugar Hill looks very much like Moose Ridge Lodge, while the wall of windows and elevated deck on the back invoke Boulder Meadows.
