We have the capability to build full timber frame structures, hybrid post and beam homes and fully panelized houses. Every build is a custom, therefore you have options. You may choose to use one of our floor plans, use a floor plan as a springboard and customize to suit, or create your home from the ground up.

During the design process YBH will want to know when you’re available and what methods of communication work best for you. We will accommodate your schedule and contact requirements.
Make it clear to us what you’re looking for….
We will want to know what your estimated time frame for building is, if you own land and your allotted investment for your custom post and beam home. Gather examples of homes and rooms you would like to share with us. The more information you give us, the better we’re able to serve you.
Expect us to have more information than you….
Because of the Internet, clients are more hands-on today. Many have done their homework and are full of questions for us, particularly regarding timber frame builds. Excellent! Our staff will provide more in-depth construction information and are at the ready to go “into the weeds” on your design goals and plans.
