How a Panelized Home is Built
Our climate-controlled production facility in Grantham, New Hampshire provides the correct environment for our skilled craftspeople to build the YBH shell package. Package components are then delivered to the client’s building site. Erecting the shell is a joint venture with a Yankee Barn Homes’ Shell Supervisor and the client’s General Contractor. Our Shell Package utilizes highly efficient windows, doors, insulation, and high-quality house wrap to create a tight envelope.
The superior quality of our TruePanel™ wall and roof system, controlled production of our frames and structural timber, and design flexibility are a building trifecta. A Yankee Barn provides a more comfortable and energy-efficient home that will remain for decades to come.
