Waterview Haven, A Home For All Seasons
Waterview Haven is a 3,208 square feet plan with three-plus bedrooms and three and one-half baths. The home’s exterior draws on a coastal New England vernacular. The architecture is shingle style reminiscent of larger turn-of-the-century cottages. The interior has visible timbers to accentuate the home’s style, utilizing an open concept design and walls for private spaces.
Family living space consisting of an open kitchen, dining room, and living area with an entry, half lav, and laundry closet are located on the first floor. The first floor is completed by a private master bedroom, sitting room, and bath.
The upper level houses a second master bedroom and bath, a large balcony for relaxing, and a third bedroom with bath. A flex room provides a play area for children, for instance.
Yankee Barn Homes intends to follow this build, as possible. Therefore, we will post updates on it as the house progresses through the build stage.
