Yankee Barn Homes is by most standards a small custom home building company. Our staff totals fewer than fifty people. We are located in the northern regions of New England, specifically Grantham, New Hampshire. Grantham is a wonderful town with much to offer, but no one would consider it a construction mecca. However, with close to 50 years in the business, Yankee Barn Homes has carved out a name for itself with builds in much of the United States. YBH has also built in Canada and the United Kingdom. We have two homes in Ireland!
At Yankee Barn Homes, we embrace the values of our New England ancestors. Our vision is to build homes truly inspired by the people who will live in them and to do it with a commitment to design and personalization. Yankee Barn has never built the same home twice. We are a true custom home build company. This is a rather profound statement in the home build industry. Our design team spends a great deal of time with clients discerning their priorities, tastes, and lifestyle. This information translates into home designs as unique as each client. Whether you begin with a Yankee Barn Homes plan as inspiration or start from scratch, our design team will create a home perfectly suited to you.
Behind the YBH vision is a commitment to authenticity, design and personalization. As human beings, we are not all one thing. Many things inspire us, our home is a personal representation of who we are and how we live. When the YBH design team sits down with clients, a process occurs that is integral to the design of a home. We are learning about each client while, in turn, they are discovering our laser-like focus on creating the home of their dreams. We have heard from clients, time and again, who are emphatic about our service and dedication. “Yankee Barn Homes achieves excellence in each step of the build process and the product is second to none.” We could not have said it better, ourselves.
Please call us and/or come for a visit to look around. We are confident you will like what you see and hear.
