Last week we explored Yankee Barn Homes’ expertise in designing different exterior architectural styles (see post here). This week we’ll take a look at the interiors of some of those barn houses. Just as the exteriors of the barn homes may be built in a number of architectural styles, the same is true for a post and beam home’s interior and its décor. The timber frame may influence and enhance, but it does not dictate the interior decorating scheme. Enjoy great examples of divergent styles as we explore the Yankee Barn Taste for Barn Homes Space.
As shown in the photo above, any desired style and look may be achieved in a post and beam home. While more clients prefer the exposed timber frame look, there remain a vast number of ways to interpret and decorate a Yankee Barn home. The following interior shots, taken from barn homes featured in last week’s post, prove this point.
