The last time we saw this East Hampton English Cottage, it was just beginning to reveal itself. Quaint stucco exteriors and large Tudor style brick fireplaces were major hints. Several months later this wonderful cottage reveals more of it’s secrets as it moves swiftly toward completion. The exterior is close to finished, including the pool and landscaping. The interior is well enough along to see something wonderful is coming. This new design direction from Yankee Barn Homes looks very promising, indeed!

The East Hampton English Cottage Exterior
A walk around the exterior of the house shows a great deal has progressed since the last time we saw this Yankee Barn post and beam two months ago.
The East Hampton English Cottage Interior and Floor Plans
The interior of the cottage is where you’ll see major advancement since we last saw this home. Walls are finished, fireplaces are complete, the Tudor kitchen is being installed and all baths have been totally installed. Beginning with the floor plans as a reminder of the layout, we’ll then see the individual rooms as they exist today.
A Full Basement
The basement of this home is not just any old basement. Finished with guest bedrooms, living space, its own laundry facilities and entryway, it may be used as a totally separate space from the main house above. Natural light and coffered ceiling are just two of it’s many unique features.
This YBH English Cottage is due to be completed and photographed by the end of the summer. Please check back as I’ll post updates as the season progresses.
