Smith River Retreat Beckons
Based on our floor plan Dunbar Hill Cottage, Smith River Retreat changes it up with a longer footprint, a straight staircase and a post and beam cathedral ceiling gable peak in the living room. An open floor plan allows the kitchen, dining, and living area to be one large space, defined by furniture. In addition, this single level plan allows for a master bedroom with master bath, office, guest lav, storage and laundry closet. The plan will also include a lower level design housing a guest bedroom, bath and large storage/utility space. Finishing out the design are an attached two-car garage, timbered front porch and a three-season screen room.
