From the first client interaction, communication is key. We are not going to try to sell you something you do not want or can not afford. We are intent on giving you clear and direct information in order for you to make an informed decision about our product and process. Nothing is purposely left out of the information you’ll receive from us. If you have questions, there is always someone available in a timely manner to answer your questions.
If you choose to build with Yankee Barn, we place emphasis on in-person meetings with you whenever possible. We realize this can be difficult, especially for people out of state, but it really does help build a relationship. Not only can you can get a lot more accomplished when you’re face-to-face with us, but a solid trust is built through these personal interactions. One of the things we’ve found clients greatly appreciate is our commitment to value engineering. We are always willing to look for ways to maximize value in the most cost effective way possible. In-person meetings allow our clients to see this happen in real-time.
Transparency
Yankee Barn’s staff is trained to be transparent. There is no obfuscation when you work with us. We want you to be aware of everything involved in building with us and will go the extra mile to be certain we do so. This not only benefits you, it also benefits us, hence it’s one of our guiding principles of building.
A great example is your budget. Although money can be a hard thing to discuss, its important for us to know your investment goal so we can properly advise you throughout the design and build process. In return, we provide you with straightforward feedback on what is possible within your budget and what is not. We do not push to upsell; that’s not our business model. We provide the design you want at the budget you stipulate. Should your budget not work for a Yankee Barn build, we’ll let you know.
Reliability
