YBH’s COVID-19 Response

We hope you are staying safe during this time. The priority of Yankee Barn Homes is to keep our employees, clients, and business partners safe. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are monitoring CDC recommendations and updating protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Among the steps taken we have suspended all visits to our facilities, implemented a policy and fulfilled technology requirements for our office employees to work from their homes, restricted non-essential travel and exposure to groups locally, and put in place sanitation protocols, the use of safety equipment and distancing standards.

You have come to expect a high level of service from Yankee Barn Homes throughout your building process and we are here to serve as you continue to research, plan, design, and move into the production phase of your home. While our office staff works from home we can offer technology supported communication that include:

  • Virtual Meetings for clients
  • 3D Walk-Throughs of your design plans
  • Photographic 3D Tours of our model homes
  • Connectivity via email and forward phones

Our current COVID-19 Protocol for any in person meeting (by appointment only) on-site at a model home, building lot, or at the office is as follows:

  • COVID-19 Screening Form (provided prior to visit) 
  • Please wear a Mask
  • Social Distancing of  6 feet when possible
