*To be eligible, a signed Yankee Barn Homes Design Agreement and $8,500.00 deposit must be received by 12/15/2026, a signed Build Contract and 20% build deposit received by 3/1/2027, remainder of 50% deposit by April 15, 2027, production complete and package paid in full by 7/1/2027, and delivery taken by 9/1/2027 per the terms of the Yankee Barn Homes Production Agreement. Free onsite storage expires 9/1/2027. Residential homes only; this promotion does not apply to the Homestead Cottages Collection, any commercial or utility buildings (standard garages, outbuildings, barns, etc.)

We use a combination of structural Doug fir and traditional dimensional framing allowing us the flexibility to design homes with full, partial, minimal structural or no post and beam frame.
Our clients can build almost any style and configuration imaginable. The panel method reduces time and expenses by streamlining the process with the help of modern assembly practices. Our factory construction with specialized experts is more efficient than completing the entire project on-site. However, a misconception with all panelized homes is that they come 100% finished. The primary savings with custom panel home construction is in the speed of onsite construction and energy efficiency over the life of the home.
