First Level
The first level of the homes has a number of desirable features, beginning with a spacious kitchen that is open to the dining room. The layout includes a screen porch just off the dining room that serves as a breakfast nook or casual dining space. The entry includes a small guest lavatory, the staircase and a laundry room.
The opposite end of the first floor is a primary bedroom suite that includes a sitting area, a walk-in closet and private bath.
The showstopper on this floor is the great room. The space commands attention as the structural post and beam frame takes center stage. The room is open yet warm through the use of wood tones and a relaxed “Come In and join Us” style. Then you look at the spectacular two-story wall of windows and realize you’re gazing out at the ocean. The word amazing doesn’t quite do the view justice.
Second Level
