YBH Shell Packages Are Energy Efficient
Yankee Barn Homes offers an energy efficient structural shell, better protected from the elements due to the way it’s built. High quality Zip Sheathing is used and seams are sealed with Zip tape. Windows are pre-installed with 3M Flashing Tape and Zip Stretch Wrap and we use a True Lock connation system between wall and roof panels.

The Yankee Barn Homes’ True Wall and True Roof™ Panel System uses polyisocyanurate and LVL insulated headers. The True Wall Panels have an R value range of R28-R40+. The True Roof™ Panels offer an R value range of R59-R71+. Our vented True Roof™ Panels are PFS-TECO certified.
