Fuller Mountain is a two story Yankee Barn Homes design that allows for single and/or multi-level living. At 1,911 square feet, the post and beam home has everything needed on the first floor while providing a second story for added living and bedroom space.
Eastman House + Overlook = Fuller Mountain
The floor plan for Fuller Mountain was created after its homeowners saw the Eastman House and Overlook designs. While all three homes have a similar front facade, the interior layouts vary drastically. The Overlook and Fuller Mountain employ a second level catwalk that adds visual drama and added usable square footage.
Because Yankee Barn Homes is a custom design build company, there are no cookie-cutter house plans. Whatever you desire/require in a house plan will be created by our design team. The team sits down with each client to create and review plans, working and redesigning until the house is exactly what the client envisions.
Fuller Mountain’s primary level has an open entry, kitchen, dining and living room space on one side of the home while a three-season porch and master suite (with walk-in closet) resides on the other. Rounding out the first floor level are a pantry, laundry room, guest lav and mudroom. Oh, and the mudroom opens to the attached garage. Perfect for inclement weather days!
The second level design has a large loft area, stunning catwalk, and a second/guest bedroom and bath. Access to storage space is located here and continues out over the garage.
This home is currently being built in the Northeastern U.S. We look forward to following the build and updating you on its progress.
